As a Privilege Plan customer, how long can we use Auditframe at no cost ?
As a Privilege Plan customer, you can use Auditframe free of cost forever, as the plan never expires.
Are there any hidden charges associated with the Privilege Plan ?
There are absolutely no hidden charges associated with the Privilege Plan.
I am a Privilege Plan customer. Is it possible to increase my user licenses beyond the 25 user limit?
Yes, you can request us for increase in user licenses and we will consider on case to case basis.
Do I need an additional license for a new staff member replacing someone who has left the firm?
No, you do not need an additional license. You can disable the account of the staff member who has left, as disabled users do not count towards the user license total.
What are the consequences if Auditframe withdraws or modifies the Privilege Plan?
Although we do not anticipate such an eventuality, if it were to occur, all existing subscribers will continue receiving the same benefits of the free plan as before.
How would Auditframe generate revenue if they do not charge their customers?
Our strategy is to generate revenue and profits from enterprise clients, while also adding value to small audit firms and building goodwill for our brand.
Can Auditframe be used to manage Internal Audits?
Yes, Auditframe can be used for managing internal audits for small and medium-sized entities.However, we are planning to launch a specialized audit management software specifically for internal audits, which you can expect in the near future.
Does Auditframe store a copy of our working paper documents?
No, your working paper files are stored on your Local Area Network (LAN) or Cloud, and only the file path or URL is stored in Auditframe.
How does Auditframe protect the confidentiality of our working papers?
Since all working paper files are stored on your LAN or cloud, access to these files is fully under your control. Auditframe has no visibility or access to these files in any manner, ensuring the confidentiality of your working papers.
Can we add or modify the checklist templates and audit program templates?
Yes, you can add or modify templates to align with the requirements of your audit practices and protocols.
Can we use Auditframe to re-assemble audit files that were assembled outside of Auditframe?
Yes, you can complete the audit first and then use Auditframe to assemble or re-assemble the audit documentation.
Do we require any special training to use Auditframe?
Auditframe is very intuitive and can be easily used by your audit assistants. Self-explanatory documentation and instructional videos are available to assist and guide users.
