Welcome to Auditframe (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our software as a service application (“App”) provided by Auditframe Technologies (“Company”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Auditframe Technologies. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.
You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to our platform. However, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
The system defined templates and data are only a baseline suggestion prepared on a best effort basis. We do not warrant that such template or data is error free or suitable for everyone. Your use of such templates and data is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
Auditframe Technologies or any of its partners, agents, associates, etc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auditframe Technologies and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Bombay
